The end sequence automation action allows you to end a sequence that a contact may be in based on a trigger you can define. 

  1. To setup, browse to Settings > Workflow Automation. 
  2. Click Add New
  3. Create your automation as normal and select End Sequence in the action event. 
  4. You will then be presented with a second dropdown that will allow you to either end all sequences when the trigger occurs on just a specific one.
